Best treatment for double chin at only 29 years of age? (Photo)

Question

I am 29 and have a lot of loose skin or fat under my chin. This is not from weight loss as I have been the same 120 lbs 5"6 since I was 18. It is merely the result of genetics. I would like to know what the best treatment is to have a nice jawline and combat my double chin before I get older and it gets worse. Thank you.

Recessing your job will change the angle between the jawline in the neck. Post a photograph with the jaw and neck in the neutral position for better opinion.

Double Chin Treatment -- SmartLipo, Botox, Venus LegacyI treat this everyday in my practice.  You do not need surgery.  Properly performed liposuction with laser and physical fat removal will do fantastic to remove the fat, lift the skin, and contour the jawline.  I pretreat everyone with Botox 1-2 weeks before surgery to relax the neck muscles, allowing for better retraction of the skin after surgery. The photographs demonstrate a weak chin profile and fatty deposits in the neck. A  Silastic chin implant can be placed through a small sub mental incision to give added projection to the chin. Liposuction in the neck can address removal of the fatty deposits through the same incision.
