Best course of treatment for bacteria infection of Enterobacter aerogenes and Klebsiella oxytoca on face?

The infection is on right side of my face. I had an FUE scalp to beard transplant. After the FUE doc kept telling me to wait it out and did not do any test after I reported it felt infected. I went to a derm who did a test and the results were "Heavy growth of Enterobacter aerogenes Heavy growth of Klebsiella oxytoca"

If you have an infection, you need to be under the care of a doctor (in person), not on the Internet.  Follow your doctor's recommendation and their antibiotic of choice.

Infection of scalp and face is extremely rare after any surgical procedures. If you are already under care of a doctor for your condition, you should continue what is recommended based on your clinical condition and the culture results.

These are common contaminants of such cultures so the diagnosis is made by an examination. I sounds like you are already seeing a doctor so let him finish what he started.
