The infection is on right side of my face. I had an FUE scalp to beard transplant. After the FUE doc kept telling me to wait it out and did not do any test after I reported it felt infected. I went to a derm who did a test and the results were "Heavy growth of Enterobacter aerogenes Heavy growth of Klebsiella oxytoca"

Sleeping on your donor area is fine, it is the recipient area that is more delicate following the transplant due to the new grafts being sensitive. Laying on the donor area will not really impact the its recovery.
