I have mild redness under my nose from a rhinoplasty done years ago which my dermatologist thinks is telangiectasia. I am now getting under eye blepharoplasty to remove bags - does my previous symptom indicate that I am at high risk of telangiectasia under my eyes if an external incision (i.e. under my lash line) is done to remove excess skin? Additionally, I am of Asian heritage and have had a couple of experiences with getting raised scars - does this also indicate high risk of abnormal scarring?
