Answer: There isn't much swelling nor pain in thigh liposuctions. Liposuction of the thighs doesn't cause much swelling nor pain and is fairly easy to undergo under local and you can recover by yourself. Although it is nice to have someone pamper you whenever possible.

Answer: Lipo of the Thighs and Recovery In general, it's not bad and you'll be fine without significant help. This is really dependent on how the lipo is performed. I perform this procedure awake with thorough numbing and tiny Sculpting tubes. This approach keeps you strong and healthy, provides excellent pain relief, and minimizes trauma, swelling, and bruising. If necessary, this pain can be treated with anti-inflammatory medications and neurontin. Swelling can be improved with compression, lymphatic massage and hyperbaric oxygen. For best results with shaping the thighs, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction.
