Surprise look after blepharoplasty (upper eye excess skin removal) - Asian. (Photo)

Sarahoh
Hello i just had my upper eye lid excess skin removal abt 3 weeks ago. I see it is healing process but what i am concerning is the suprise look of my left eye. I see i can see full of my black eye balls here on my left eye when i just look up the straight. That gives me kinda crazy looking surprise look. I am concerned. Is there anyway to fix this look? Should i have to wait or please tell me what to do? Also how to eliminate scars that are showing longer than my eyes??
