Normally I would recommend letting the eyelid heal for 6 months before considering a revision surgery. You exhibit a high upper eyelid creases, left upper eyelid retraction, and disorganized eyelid platform skin, and upper eyelid lash ptosis.  This would be consistent with having a poorly execute eyelid surgery that included a ptosis procedure at the time of the blepharoplasty.  I assert that a surgeon needs to immediately surgically correct and eyelid exhibits retraction immediately after surgery.  You are about a week out from what I would consider immediate.  However under certain circumstances, I have bent these time frames in individual cases recognizing the social hardship of living with the adverse consequences of this type of out come.  There is no substitute for a personal assessment.

Your surgeon would know best why it is healing this way but best to let tissues heal for 3 months and then re-evaluate. Currently, the left upper eyelid is relatively retracted.

are appreciated but at this point, focus on healing and hoping that things will even out as you do heal.  Definitely let your surgeon know as well so he/she can have options for you to choose from when you are considered healed.  As for eliminating scars beyond the fold, scar products can help but if its a fine line and just red, time is all you will need.  

Hard to know without examining you and without having performed your surgery, but it is possible your left eyelid had more skin removed than the right and now you have a very mild case of what we call lagophthalmos. Are you able to close the eye fully or is there a bit of white that shows (you would probably have to ask someone else to assess this for you, obviously)? You may also have had asymmetry preop and it may be that you are seeing the asymmetry more now that you are inspecting your postop result with more scrutiny than you evaluated your lids before surgery. Sometimes time will relax the tissues enough, or you may want to ask your surgeon if you should massage the lid (not sure that helps, but probably does not hurt if you have permission from your surgeon).Correction might require a small strip of a skin graft or other functional surgery on the lid to try to improve but at this juncture it is probably most prudent to wait for more healing. Of course, none of the above is formal medical advice as I have not examined you. You should check in with your surgeon regularly.

I think at 3 weeks it is far too early to intervene surgically.  The pictures are not the best but it looks like your surgeon my have wisely ( I think ) preserved your epicanthal fold by not taking the skin excision too far medially.  if you came to me for an opinion I would refer you to an oculoplastic sugeon usually an ophthamologist with additional training in plastic surgery of the eyelids.
