Are there any non surgical options to reduce my cankles? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. Non surgical fat reduction is somewhat unpredictable and you might end up with asymmetric results. You are focusing on your ankles only, but the rest of the leg does not have a good shape, with poor muscle definition. I think you would do best with VASER liposuction to thin out the ankles, define the leg muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus) and possibly fat graft the muscles to give you shapely feminine legs. This is an area where the margin of error is small, so it is important to choose an expert in advanced body sculpting techniques. Good luck.

Cankles are such a common problem and is so easy to improve by the right lipo expert under local with the micro canulas. Very few docs have the skill and instruments to do the job right.

The best way to reduce "cankles" is with a hi definition procedure. I use VASER liposuction with ThermiRF, ultrasound and fat grafting with great results.
