If one needs to maintain a high level of fitness and has worked hard to develop certain physical skills and abilities, do you have any recommendations for recovery when intense training is not allowed? How difficult would it be to get back into it? How detrimental might the time off be to skills and abilities that seem to take months to develop? Or maybe would you even just advise against rhinoplasty for someone with such a lifestyle because of the requirement for downtime?

We would have to see your nose but it is frequently possible to decrease the apparent rotation of the nose by injecting filler just under the tip. Every nose is different though and if you already have a larger tip area this might not be advisable. Hope that helps and best wishes, Dr. Donath
