Lowering nose tip by 1-2mm? Is there a quick fix?

We would have to see your nose but it is frequently possible to decrease the apparent rotation of the nose by injecting filler just under the tip. Every nose is different though and if you already have a larger tip area this might not be advisable. Hope that helps and best wishes, Dr. Donath

description, you may benefit from derotation of your nasal tip.  I think the best solution is surgery rather than fillers for this.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Hi SuzieQ, There is no nonsurgical way to deproject the tip of a nose.There are a few tecniques that are used to deproject the tip of the nose and  the procedure can probably be done with just local anesthesia depending on how well you can tolerate an injection in the nose to numb it.  At your consultation your surgeon would listen to your concerns and see if there is a way to achieve the look you desire.

There is no quick fix to lower the nose. It requires a rhinoplasty procedure. The nose  is a three-dimensional structure, and the results from a rhinoplasty are accomplished in three dimensions, so is important to understand all the changes that can occur. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose on your facial features.

There is not "quick fix" to derotate the nose. A rhinoplasty would be necessary using techniques to derogate the tip. Best of luck.

Although not a "quick fix", a carefully performed tipplasty with sutures and grafts should be able to change your tip rotation. Without photos it is impossible to assess the true nature of your nasal problem, however. I recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty.
