Rhinoplasty was 23 days ago. 6 days after cast removal and the day I stopped taping my nose, a bump started to grow. It got worse everyday so I went to see my surgeon two days ago. He said calcification was forming during healing process and to press the bump very hard + massage it as much as I could. I'm very pleased with the appearance of my nose when I do so, but bump comes back after few mins. What are the chances of success of this, and is it possible the bump will not come back at some point?
