How long after rhinoplasty would I be able to do laser therapy on the spider veins on my nose?

I have a rhinoplasty scheduled for 8 days from now!! I also happen to have some spider veins on the bridge of my nose. How long after the plastic surgery should i be able to do laser therapy to remove the spider veins? Thank you.

This is something that is best discussed with your plastic surgeon as he or she may have specific protocol regarding lasers after surgery.  They may request you wait at least a few months following surgery.

After six weeks there is generally resolution of most of the swelling which will allow for effective treatment of spider veins on the nose. If it’s not as effective as you’d like, you could always have the area retreated.

It probably best to wait at least one two months after the rhinoplasty procedure before undergoing any laser type therapy on the nose. It's always best to check with your operative surgeon as well.
