I had a septorhinoplasty surgery done and this is my second week going. Should I use Saline or Hydrogen Peroxide to clean my nose after a septorhinoplasty? As far as I know, H2O2 is a germ killer but not saline? Thanks

Hi mntgirl123,
It is difficult to tell exactly as you are still very early in the recovery process and much of this could be due to asymmetric swelling which is very common. It is fairly unlikely that a spreader graft would shift, but there are several other possibilities if this...
It depends on how much and where the cartilage is placed. In fact adding cartilage is sometimes done to provide support so a narrower more defined contour can be achieved.
By viewing your photos, you appear to have a large amount of swelling. It takes a full year to allow all swellling to subside. Be patient and allow it to heal!
