What can I do about blackheads and acne on the nose post rhinoplasty?

After getting my cast off I noticed my nose has been very oily and there are a lot of black heads and small pimples on my nose, how should i go about safely treating this?

It depends on how much and where the cartilage is placed. In fact adding cartilage is sometimes done to provide support so a narrower more defined contour can be achieved.
