I have lost 70 pounds and in the process of losing 20 more to be at my goal weight. Because of this weight gain, and loss, my arms now have flab that is very difficult to get rid of even with exercise and weight training. I by no means am getting a long scar. Photos are my arm with my palm up and one with me holding my skin to show I want it to look. I don't think I will get good results with lipo because of skin elasticity. Will short arm scar produce results close to my goal?
