With proper technique and followup, this should not happen. We do a 2 week followup after the patients first treatment to assess and add or adjust. The threads can be manipulated and even removed if absolutely necessary, but the likelihood of persistent dents is low. Remember, most of these threads are dissolvable, so nothing is permanent. Find a physician, get a consult, and look at their before and after photos to gain a confidence level.
