Thread lifts placed on July 5th, puckering has not changed. Options? (photos)

placed in poland 5th july 2018. no pain, no swelling anymore. however the puckering just isnt changing since day 11, literally no change. what can i do to speed up the process to get rid of these dents, holes in my face, im hibernating in my home.

This appears to be a Silhouette lift, and a poor one at that.  The threads were pulled too tightly.  You can try having filler injected into the puckered areas, which will soften them.  If they do not resolve, you may want to consider having the threads released.

To help speed up the softening of the dimples, I recommend gently releasing the hanging point (ending points) of the threads. This can be done with subcision by your practioner, this procedure uses a needle to gently release the thread from the dermis which will smooth out the dimpling you see.
