Gummy Bear Implants... dropping?

I am 3 weeks after my BA. 555cc gummy implants.Smaller than A.Lot of pain,did nothing in the first 4 days.Armpits stretched and sore, difficulty shaving them. Implants high and cone shaped. After 1st week,start massaging them. Do this once an hour whIle awake. I like them naked or in a bathing suit. The incision is under my armpit and healed amazingly! When will these puppies start to drop and will they get bigger since they are gummy? They were placed under the muslce. Thanks for any help!!
