Looking at your pictures it seems like you have aging of the eyes. Nothing is more important than an examination and consultation with a plastic surgeon.It appears as if everything is normal aging. Most likely your best option is a blepharoplasty. This is the medical word for eyelid lift. It's a very safe operation that is highly successful. Injections can be considered, but it looks to me that this wouldn't do the trick and hence would be a waste. No, there is not a surgical procedure make eyes bigger. It's important rule out ptosis. A blepharoplasty procedure is performed for hooded eyes.
