Renuva to fix rippling after a breast augmentation with implants?

I have some rippling, and I do not want to go through another surgery. I found a doctor using Renuva to fix this issue. I was hoping to get some feedback on this .

Reneva  is being used in plastic surgery as an alternative to fat grafting. The extracellular matrix of fat, after injected, is thought to stimulate the growth of new fat cells. I have used this material in liposuction dimples with only modest success. It seems difficult to judge just how much fat will form from the small amount of injected material. It seems simpler to me, as well as cheaper to just use your own fat. Hope that's helpful.
