I had Renuva injected in my face 2 weeks ago. No side effects until 1 week later. My face swelled up and now I have 2 knots on the side of my face. I have been on steroids which helped but the knots are still there and kind of hurt. I want this nightmare over.

Swelling after any injection is very common, but should only be experienced for a short period of time after your treatment. Usually up to 2 weeks on the face and a little longer off the face such as the thighs. It also depends on whether lidocaine was used or other techniques such as a cannula....
