I am thin with very little fat. I would love to fill in some of the implant rippling with fat but don’t want lipo. Would renuva be able to give me the same results as fat transfer? Would it be able to add volume as well? Does this stimulate my body to produce its own fat and become permanent after initial partial resorption

Thanks for the question and I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate journey. Renuva is new and from what I know is usually saved for smaller defects. I would look up someone who has used a lot of it for an honest opinion about the efficacy of its use
