Thank you for your question. Renuva would be a great alternative to fat if you do not want liposuction or simply do not have enough fat to transfer. Currently Renuva is packaged in 1.5cc, 3cc and 5 cc syringes. which is smaller than the volume required to change cup sizes. However, Renuva is great for small tissue defects such as rippling which you are concerned about.
