If you are treating dryness of the nose after a V beam procedure, it would be better to use a moisturizer instead of hydrocortisone. Hydrocortisone is an anti-inflammatory medication and would not be the best treatment for dryness. There are a variety of over the counter moisturizing lotions that you could use. Another option would be Aquaphor ointment.
For dryness, try a moisturizer with ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid such as Cerave pm which can be purchased at any drugstore or a triple lipid moisturizer. Hydrocortisone is a steroid type of anti-inflammatory which is meant to treat inflammation, but not as a moisturizer. Hope that helps!
I would only use the hydrocortisone cream if there is still some inflammation If there is only dryness you should apply a facial noncomedogenic moisturizer which is available over the counter at any drugstore. I would also recommend sunscreen daily. Hope this helps you.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. I recommend a combination of lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, VBeam) and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Some lasers are specifically designed to address hair follicles while other devices target other concerns. These devices are very unlikely to cause any type of permanent hair reduction in the treatment area as long as they are used properly. Make sure you work with a board-certified...
Thanks for your post. This laser, especially if its second generation laser (realised in 3 months time), should give excellent results. Results are depended upon the setting. In the odd occasion I have patients place restrictions on me- no downtime, I don't want swelling , no bruising etc.....
