I was told these blood vessels would go away by my dermatologist but has been over 6 months. I have redness and dilated blood vessels. Will V Beam be a good option with my Hispanic skin? I was told by my dermatologist these would go away but they haven’t and I’m looking into laser .

Thanks for your post. This laser, especially if its second generation laser (realised in 3 months time), should give excellent results. Results are depended upon the setting. In the odd occasion I have patients place restrictions on me- no downtime, I don't want swelling , no bruising etc.....
