The area under my nose is concave. Id like to bring it forward. Also, id like to change the shape of it as well. I want to narrow the nostril width and bulbus tip. The collumela is also retracted. How can i achieve this? Im also wanting to get a lip lift as the large space between my upper lip and nose bothers me. Which should i do 1st, or can it all be done at the same time? Any surgeons use the dolphin imaging system to help figure out proper location and size of implant best used?

Yes this can be done along with a lip lift, tip refinement, nostril narrowing, etc. See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you examples of his work and do not rely on imaging but rather actual results.

The shape and size of the premaxillary implant, however, can not really be determined by imaging software. Such precise implant design requires 3D CT implant designing. The subnasal lip lift will need to be done as a second stage procedure three months after the first stage.
