What can be done to smooth out/remove scar tissue on forehead from endoscopic eyebrow lift?

Endoscopic brow lifting procedures are an exciting technique because they are less invasive than routine full facial plastic procedures and provide minimal swelling. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Your incisions should have been in the hair and not visible for an endoscopic lift. However, if you have lost hair or the incisions were placed in a more visible spot, then you can have them surgically removed, dermabraded, or lasered. Whatever looks the easiest based on the location and severity of the scar. It could also be an implant used to maintain the suspension which would be deeper and usually either dissolves or is not palpable. If you need another brow lift then all of these things can be addressed at that time and get the look you want.

     Without seeing the area of concern, it is difficult to recommend the best treatment, but I do think there are a variety of treatments that may be helpful.  If significantly depressed,  some filler or fat grafting can help restore a more natural, uniform contour.  In your situation I would favor fat grafting as it is permanent, more natural, and can even improve the appearance of the overlying skin in addition to "filling".  Lasers can definitely help the superficial contour of the skin, but results are more superficial.  A good exam with multiple views and lighting would be needed to recommend the best treatment.  Good luck.

I suggest you have an examination by your surgeon or another physician because you raise many questions about appropriate treatments which are all reasonable depending on the location of the scars and their appearance. Do you want to revise and improve the brow location and reduce the forehead drooping and irregular contour.?
