Well, you cant undo this now. So, you are faced with trying to make the best of your situation. If you still have sutures that can be seen, then they should be removed for sure. If they were intended to be subcutaneous (under the skin), but they are a source of irritation or infections, then you will need to have a small area numbed up and the suture found and pulled out if possible. Antibiotics if it is infected, local care for the incision. Future revisions or fussing will need to wait until everything is resolved. You still need an upper bleph, which would go a long way in making you look like you were expecting to look like. I wish you luck. This will heal with time, just slowly. Keep after your surgeon or find someone you are comfortable with to continue to manage your issues.
