Can Pico Laser or IPL remove hyperpigmentation from a permanent tan or dark skin? (Photo)

Asked By:Boolgari445 in Los Angeles, California

I've noticed since high school that my skin has gotten significantly darker (senior year high school) since I was a child (baseball). Despite avoiding the sun, exfoliating, and applying spf 50 I haven't been able to go back to my olive skin tone. If there a way Pico laser, IPL, or any surgical method help revert my skin back to my natural skin tone that I was born with? Thank you in advance!
