Day 2. Will the zebra look I have on one side of my face go away? (Photo)

Question

After treatment I got red stripes on one side of my face that overnight turned to brownish. I feel no pain or ever did, wondering if the stripe skin will just exfoliate off? Stopped by my dermatologist center that did the treatment and the PA said looked great, I should see good results and striping was normal. Hoping this is the case and this is only temporary.

Hello,  yes this normal however give it time before exfoliating.  It can in some situation take up to 2 weeks before it is fully gone.  Be extra cautious going out in the sun, wear SPF at all times.  You don't want to excite any of the pigment that has already been brought to the service.

It's only pigmented skin that was attacked and should slough off in a few days. Some pinkish striping may linger for a while longer, but easily covered by some foundation. You'll be fine. 
Be sure to use only mineral based foundation and makeup as well as a high SPF sunscreen.
