What are permanent non-surgical solutions to add volume to the top of the butt? (Photo)

Unfortunately, other than favorable genetics and rigorous exercise, there are no safe permanent nonsurgical methods for buttock augmentation. This is a common dilemma for many post BBL patients. They feel as though they did not get the long lasting projection they wanted or were promised from BBL. Large volume fat augmentation to the buttock just does not seem to survive well in most patients. Hence they are now considering going back for a second round. The real question is, why would you repeat the exact same thing again if it did not work the first time? Only buttock/hip implants can provide a relatively stable, safe, predictable, and permanent result for buttock/hip enhancement. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

Hello, thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not a non-surgical solution for this. Buttock implants are an option. I recommend you to go with a board certified plastic surgeon.
