Answer: Buttock Implants You would be an excellent candidate for a buttock implant and hip implant combination. This will definitely create a wonderful feminine silhouette. I perform this procedure combo weekly and work very closely with the transgender community. This procedure will give you an amazing result! Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known in the medical community.

Answer: Transgender butt and hip augmentation Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can benefit from a BBL, and 360 lipo. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. I recommend you to schedule an email or Skype consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your end goals.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear SweetDulcee, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Transgender butt and hip augmentation There are currently only two acceptable surgical options for augmenting and enhancing the buttock/hip area: 1) Brazilian Butt Lift (aka BBL) - utilizing the patients own fat from liposuction then transferring it into the buttock and/or hips and 2) Buttock and cosmetic Hip Implants (soft silicone rubber implants that cannot rupture &/or leak). Both are options but what it comes down to, like any surgery, is proper patient selection and long-term results. Implants provide the only guarantee of sustained permanent results (i.e. butt projection and hip curves). Fat typically melts away leaving disappointing results after 12 months - this is especially true in MTF TG patients whose genetic and anatomic make-up requires even more volume yet less fat survives. Finally, please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons are buttock and hip implant specialists, so you may have to travel far and away in order to find this particular surgeon. Glad to be of help.
