Question

Looking for hip and buttock augmentation, at the me time Looking for an above average difference after surgery not enormous change Not like kim k diaper butt and hips Nono Going to do bbl fat transfer to cover the implants for better results. After this surgery I want lots of projection Any surgeons good on working with transgender patient? Or know a good surgeon? Want to do this ASAP Any recommendations ? Suggestions? Advices?

Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can benefit from a BBL, and 360 lipo. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. There are currently only two acceptable surgical options for augmenting and enhancing the buttock/hip area: 1) Brazilian Butt Lift (aka BBL) - utilizing the patients own fat from liposuction then transferring it into the buttock and/or hips and 2) Buttock and cosmetic Hip Implants (soft silicone rubber implants that cannot rupture &/or leak). Both are options but what it comes down to, like any surgery, is proper patient selection and long-term results. Implants provide the only guarantee of sustained permanent results (i.e. butt projection and hip curves). Fat typically melts away leaving disappointing results after 12 months - this is especially true in MTF TG patients whose genetic and anatomic make-up requires even more volume yet less fat survives. Finally, please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons are buttock and hip implant specialists, so you may have to travel far and away in order to find this particular surgeon.
