I had a revision rhinoplasty, and now my nostrils are completely uneven (they were never this bad before). I had my nostrils lowered and alar rim grafts placed in my nostrils. I can still see the shadow of the way my nostril used to be on the left nostril. Is this just excess skin? Is it possible to reshape one or both nostrils in the office under local anesthesia without having to undergo another revision rhinoplasty? I am very unhappy and this asymmetry is visible from the straight-on view too
