I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago to remove a dorsal hump. I had a revision rhinoplasty 3 months ago to correct the initial procedure (twisted front profile.) I'm pleased with the result, I know a revision will never be perfect and I'm still swollen. Still, I'm very worried about what I think is the edge of a septal cartilage graft (hard to see in picture.) Can steroids lessen the size of this, or will a 3rd revision most likely be necessary? Is any other minimally-invasive correction possible?
