photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. If you are having breathing probloems, then a septoplasty and spreader grafts may help also, depending on your anatomy.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It appears that your upper part of your nose has flattened because of the injury you had. This can cause nasal blockage which can be corrected. Your large nostril can also be corrected. 

A thorough internal and external examination of the nose is going to be required to determine how to proceed.  A septoplasty is sometimes performed for patients who have a deviated septum blocking airflow.  A rhinoplasty can accomplish making cosmetic changes to the nose to straighten it, or narrow at.  For many examples, please see the link and the video below

nasal areas that you described and would like improved can be addressed with a
nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) and a probable septoplasty which are typically done at the
same time. A natural appearing nose can be achieved when the procedures are
performed by an artistic plastic surgeon with extensive experience in nasal
surgery.


Keep in mind that following
the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you
what to do based on  limited two dimensional photos without examining you,
physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full
medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure

by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American

There are several reasons for your complaints.  You need an exam by a board-certified Facial Plastic surgeon.  A thorough exam of the nasal cavity will give the answer.  If it is a deviated septum and nostril asymmetry, these are correctable by surgery.  Best wishes.
