Is it normal to gain blackheads and large pores after rhinoplasty on my nose?

I got my dorsal hump removed and septoplasty. I gained large pores and black heads on my nose, and before my rhino I never had such large pores on my nose and never had black heads before ever in my entire life. Will my skin go back to normal on my nose or will my pores remain large?
