The shape of the the nose is the shape of the underlying archetecture. The bone and cartilage. To change your nose, I perform what I call a structured rhinoplasty.  I reduce certain areas and augment other areas like the tip to give a better shape and definition.

It appears to be a portion of your cartilaginous septum that is deviated.  A septoplasty would take care of this.

Typically after your cast and bandages are removed you can wash your face and nose normally.  This means using a gentle cleanser with gentle pressure on the nose.
