When is it safe to tweeze in-between my eyebrows after rhinoplasty?

There should be no issues tweezing after a rhinoplasty anytime after your cast has been removed.  Individual surgeons may have different opinions about this so I would call your surgeon's office to make sure that this is okay with them.  In general though this should not be a problem.
