do not want to get nasolabial fold fillers because i heard it can make your face look droopier and puffier and that it makes the gap between your mouth and nose wider, was advised to get cheek fillers to lift the nasolabial folds, but then was warned by my friend who got cheek fillers at the same doctor that they made your under eyes look very hollow and your face look very puffy and make it obvious that you've got something done, i need a lifting effect, please advise me!!!!!
Answer: Morpheus 8 Hi @CANANUTK! I recommend Morpheus 8. Morpheus8 is a non-surgical treatment for full body skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and fat reduction of stubborn areas. It uses minimally invasive fractional radiofrequency energy (RF) to penetrate the skin deeper than other microneedling devices, triggering the skin’s natural healing response to promote skin tightening and lifting. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Answer: Facial fillers See a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist with a lot of experience with fillers for more information as there are a lot of options when it comes to facial fillers. An in-person examination cannot be replaced by online consultations. Looking at your photos I would recommend cheek fillers and also filling your nasolabial fold. You can start with the cheeks using radiesse or Voluma (voluma is probably better but much more expensive). Best of luck

Answer: Facial Fillers By reviewing your pictures and concerns I believe you would benefit by naturally filling your cheeks and pyriform apperture to improve your laugh lines as well. The filler injected in your cheeks should blend laterally to give the appearance of higher cheekbones as well as slightly lift the face.

Answer: Fillers for nasolabial folds and cheeks You may benefit from filler and gain much improvement if it is done right. It is best to have a free consultation to actually examine your face and make an evaluation in person. The cost of filler is $400. I have seen excellent improvement over the years that I have done the fillers.

Answer: How to Treat Nasolabial Folds Hi Canan. When you treat nasolabial folds, you can help improve the concerns in more than one way. Cheek fillers can provide some support by placing the product in the same area where collagen and fatty tissue has been lost. Filling the cheeks does not fully correct the nasolabial folds, but the way we describe it is that it can relieve some of the pressure that sagging cheeks puts on the nasolabial folds. On the other hand, nasolabial folds can also be improved by injecting product directly under or across the folds. We use three products, Restylane, Perlane and Radiesse and love the results for all three. You are an excellent candidate for dermal fillers but you probably need a combination of both of the techniques above for best result. To see an example of Restylane before and after photos for a Los Angeles patient that had the same concerns as you do, click on the link below.
