There are many options for this and fillers are the primary treatment of choice.  I suggest an evaluation by a facial contouring specialist as the treatment may be to put filler into the cheeks and surrounding areas to lift the folds and not directly into it. Hi Frankie,Filler.  Actually, the nasolabial fold develops because of loss of volume (bone and fat) in your cheeks.  We like to use Voluma to replace volume loss of cheeks, which in turn results in decreasing the depth of the nasolabial fold.  Treat the cause of the fold, not the result of volume loss. I recommend the injection of fillers or your own fat to augment undesirable nasolabial grooves in a young patient like yourself. It would be helpful to see views that show your entire cheek.
