What causes this weird indent on sides of face? (photos)

Some people are shaped this way and this can easily be treated with fillers and skin tightening procedures. I suggest you speak to a well trained cosmetic dermatologist who specializes in facial contouring.  Have them use cannula injections to get a meticulous precise result.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for the pictures.  A complete consultation is necessary in order to best guide your plan of action.  Many clients request a hallowing beneath the cheeks. some even go as far as having the fat in this area removed ( buccal fat). This is often a normal anatomic variation in a thin patient. If you are concerned about this, you should go to a plastic surgeon for consultation.

Thank you for your question and pictures.You have nice facial features, perhaps (perhaps and I am guessing) that you may have had fillers to augment your cheekbones. If yes, then this could make this 'hollowness' appear more dramatic.I think an in person exam with an expert cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist can help guide you as to how to correct this with follers.BestDr Karamanoukian
