Is it possible to move the actual crease of the breast up?

Tasteful9380
I want a reduction/lift, but my surgeon says that my breast crease is so low to make an aesthetically pleasing result all he can really do is a lift, and it’s impossible to move my fold up on my chest. I hate how much of my torso my breasts take up. I will still look huge and I don’t want that. I want to see more of my torso/rib cage while having perky, round breasts not huge round, breasts
