How did Miranda Kerr achieve such full face (baby face) which looks so natural? (photos)

She looks beautiful and natural and perhaps she has had nothing at all done.  The goal of most people is to have a beautiful, natural looking result. Everyone ages differently. Some people never seem to age. Some may be blessed with extraordinary genes. Others may have an excellent plastic surgeon and have minimal "tune ups" at regular intervals to keep them looking as young as they feel.Find a board certified plastic surgeon with excellent credentials and many before and after images that you find appealing.  Ideally, this same surgeon will offer many non-surgical options, like lasers, fillers and various non-surgical skin care treatments in addition to offering only surgery.BTW, the surest way to spot a plastic surgeon who does not work on high profile people is to find someone who comments on the surgery of a public person in the press. Some people are very open about their surgical procedures. I am very grateful to my patients who have generously offered their photos for the public to view. However,  plastic surgeons who do indeed see high profile, recognizable people treat every patient as though they are high profile and wish to maintain privacy. 

Properly positioned filler injections whether they be Juvaderm, Sculptra, Radiesse or fat can look very natural and youthful especially as one ages and loses upper facial volume..  I would point out however that in the middle photograph with Miranda smiling whatever filler is present in her right cheek and to a lesser degree her left cheek looks odd to me.  Properly placed filler of the correct volume can be subtle and yet very beneficial to creating a beautiful youthful face.Jon A Perlman M.D., FACSDiplomate, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)Beverly Hills, California
