There is fat around my arms that is absolutely pinchable, with an inch between fingers. Each Dr. I've seen so far say's they think I'll get a great result from getting my full back, abdomen, and sides done. However most, but NOT all of them think that it's not worth getting my arms done. If a woman can get the fat removed, why can't a man? Yes, I agree, some of it is skin, but before I gained weight, my arms looked much better when I was in the same shape I am now.
