Is it okay to lose 10-15 lbs after getting a Brazilian Butt Lift?

I am 5'4 and weight about 145 lbs. I'm getting a bbl soon and I plan on waiting about two months after to begin to exercise again. Is it okay if I lose 10 to 15 pounds after two months of my bbl. will it affect my new butt??
