I am four months post op. My tip was elevated and dorsal bump was reduced. So far my nose skin is still soft with no definition at all. Will it change? How long do I have to wait to see results? I am kinda getting worried.

The skin does tend to shrink wrap over the new cartilaginous framework after a rhinoplasty, and management of the skin tissue envelope is part of the postoperative care by your original surgeon. Tape, cortisone shots and a low salt diet will also help. There are many variables to the healing process such as what surgical techniques were performed inside the nose, the thickness of the skin, and the overall speed of the healing process.
