Hi I am 9 days post rhinoplasty.. I know this is very early to ask but my nose does not seem to slope much at all .. Is this most likely due to swelling also it still seems rather projected.. Would this also be due to swelling? I posted a pic that the surgeon posted right after surgery and it seems to have a slope there. Thank you!
