Hello community! I'm going under the knife for open rhinoplasty in a few days and I'm hopeful and excited for what's to come. However, I also kickbox 6-7 times a week and habitually run 1-2 miles everyday and was wondering when I can resume both activities. The chances of getting kicked in the nose is pretty low. My surgeon will be performing an open rhinoplasty and shaving down my dorsal hump (+ osteotomy), utilizing a silicone bridge implant, and also reducing the tip of my nose. Thank you! ☺️
