Have been extremely swollen and bruised, way more than I have seen others on this site before. My cheeks, lips, and whole face is puffy and swollen. For this reason I was expecting to look swollen and avatar-like when my doc removed my cast, but not this bad!!! I am panicking because I can't tell if my nose is going to be this wide or if it's just swelling. I had a bump removed and osteotomies performed as well as a pretty major septoplasty.

Elevating a low bridge of the nose can often make eyes that seemed too far apart more harmonious. In cases of Asians with epicanthal folds, they may be reduced or eliminated from this manouevre. In any event it is too early to judge your result so stay close to your surgeon and be patient
Thank you for reaching out, post op instructions might vary from surgeon to surgeon. Check in with your doctor and he/she can clear you for activities as they know your case best and will be following your post op healing process. Best of luck! Dr. Kim
Allergic rhinitis is common. There is no problem doing a rhinoplasty in someone with this condition. Key point is the allergic issue will persist postop.
If you have an mechanical obstruction to your nose such as a septal deviation this may be able to be improved with your surgery.
