Uneven nose/nostrils after rhinoplasty (Photo)

It's too soon to evaluate your final rhinoplasty results. A nose job is a major procedure that affects the tissues, bone and cartilage of the nose. It will take about a year until your swelling resolves, at which point your nostrils may even out. If they do not, then yes, you could then begin looking into revision rhinoplasty. This is one of my specialities.
Please note that revision rhinoplasty takes extra expertise because you are now handling scarred tissue and possibly previously broken bones, cartilage, etc. For right now, I would advise patience only. If you don't start seeing an improvement in the next 10 months or so, then you can begin researching to find the best possible facial plastic surgeon to handle your revision rhinoplasty. Hello. Sometimes massaging the nostril will relieve the contracture and enlarge the opening a bit. I would discuss this with your surgeon however, prior to doing this yourself. Good luck. 

I can see the asymmetry you are describing with your nostrils. This can likely be improved with revision surgery but I would recommend waiting several more months before pursuing this.
