I had closed rhinoplasty done approximately a month ago and I notice that one of my nostrils is much bigger than the other. It looks incredibly assymetrical and although I'm satisfied with my side profile I feel so insecure being seen from the front. I'm feeling really sad, and at this point even wish I could have kept my old nose. I want to correct this any way possible. What are my options? Is there anyway I can do this without revision surgery?
