you should wait at least 6 months for the next surgery. You are still in  early stage of recovery so you can expect that the shape of your breasts will change in the following weeks and months. It can take up to 4-6 months until your breasts get their final shape.

That is a question that comes up from time to time. In general you should wait at least 8 to 12 months for any revision surgery to allow your body to heal and compensate adequately. In general, to see a significant difference you need to go at least 100 to 150 cc's bigger. However, you may get into issues of having implants that are too big for your body. To clarify, the result any patient has is related to a good balance being set between the enhancement and the tissue's ability to handle the weight, etc. If a patient gets an implant that is beyond the body's ability to heal properly, all kinds of issues arise requiring revisions and maybe irreversible damage to the chest tissues. These issues must be discussed and considered before you go bigger. Be sure to share this with your surgeon. More often than not I talk patients out of the "bigger is better" notion. There is a saying in surgery that "the enemy of good is better." Best of luck

The limiting determination of how large of an implant that you can go is your nipple to crease distance; the longer you wait, this distance will stretch and allow you to go bigger without having your breast mounds look like eggplants! You want your nipples in the center of your implant and breast mound, so the radius of your implant must match your crease to nipple distance; allow your breasts to bottom out over the first six months, and then you can maximize your implant size.
