Liposuction drainage leakage for 6 days only on left arm, is this normal?

I got liposuction on my lower arms,upper back and thighs, all insicions have a small stitch are no longer draining,except for the the incision on my left arm this one has no stich and it is draining a lot. Is this normal ?

Drainage can be typical after liposuction. If you remain concerned, I recommend following up with your Doctor. You may have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Usually a local anesthetic fluid is injected into the tissues before liposuction is performed (tumescent technique) and it is normal to have drainage of this fluid from the portals (puncture holes) for a few days. As long as the area is not red and painful it is probably normal and will subside quickly.

Drainage after liposuction usually last for a few days but can persist for up to two weeks. Closing the incisions with sutures usually causes less drainage.
I suggest following up with your doctor, hopefully a board-certified plastic surgeon.
As long as you don't have any other symptoms persist  drainage is usually not a bad sign in the drainage universally stops with enough time.

Fluid drainage after liposuction is very common.  Since the one incision was not closed with a suture it makes sense that drainage would continue longer than from the other sites.  My view is as long as fluid continues to drain it is better to have the fluid out of your body rather than still inside. Of course follow-up with your plastic surgeon

it depends on the nature of the drainage and the amount, also whether the volume is increasing or decreasing. likewise is the appearance of the arm involved. signs of inflammation or infection are pain redness swelling and drainage particularly if the drainage is purulent ( pus ).  If infection is suspected I suggest you immediately contact the treating surgeon, have a culture taken to identify the organism, and have it tested for specific antibiotic sensitivity. alternately you could consult with an infectious disease specialist to be certain the right antibiotic and dosage are prescribed.  if an infection is present the symptoms can get worse and major problems can develop.  if you cannot  contact your surgeon you may need to go to an emergency room at a hospital.
