Liposuction is not weight loss surgery and you may only loose a few pounds. Liposuction is designed to remove excess fat in specific areas. You might want to consider weight loss surgery like a gastric sleeve for better health results.

Since you BMI is 33.96 I recommend full written medical clearances for your three issues: Pseudo tumor, asthma, obesity. If you can obtain these written clearance then you can find a boarded private practice PS willing to take on your case. Options are office surgery, in Florida limits lipo to 4 liters or 8.8 pounds. Weight loss can only be done through losing weight by reducing caloric intake.

Liposuction or surgical removal of tissue is not weight loss it is body tissue reduction which does not give any of the benefits of true weight loss.

Obese people who have large volumes of fat removed are still equally as obese they simply have fat surgically removed.

From a physiological standpoint the obesity has not changed and it will not change until the person actually loses weight by consuming less food.

Look into local support groups or others who are going through A weight loss and journey to get inspiration and support. Consider organizations like Weight Watchers or overeater synonymous if this is difficult or challenging on your own.
